Most of the time I would get good feedback from people but sometimes I would get very rude comments

Late night post! I remember a few years ago when I started this Facebook group. Sometimes I would post pictures of different original features in the house. Most of the time I would get good feedback from ppl but sometimes I would get very rude comments. People would say things like “why did you remove that” or “you’re ruining that house” or “you don’t deserve that house”. I don’t know why but replacing old windows seems to trigger some people, Lol. What the people who made rude comments didn’t know is that we have about 100 windows in this house and almost all of them were rotting, painted shut with lead paint, and missing glass, and in horrible shape. We kept what we could. For a long period of time I stopped posting detailed progress pictures because I didn’t want to deal with the naysayers but my skin is a tiny bit tougher now, lol. Anyway, here are a few pictures of a few of the original windows in the house. I’m not sure how old the windows are but they were here when we bought the house. As you can see they are in really good condition! They just need some TLC. We plan on cleaning them up a bit. We also want to re paint them. I think they will turn great once we’re finished.
